1. Domestic Shipping Only

Please note that JS Dropshipping LLC currently only sells and ships to destinations within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

We try to keep our shipping simple, fair, and affordable. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your total order value:

  • Orders under $50: Flat rate shipping of $5.99.
  • Orders of $50 or more: FREE Standard Shipping.

3. Processing Time

All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment. Most orders take 2 to 4 business days to process, verify, quality-check, and package. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been processed and leaves the fulfillment center, standard transit delivery times are estimated between 7 to 14 business days within the United States.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: Processing Time (2–4 days) + Shipping Time (7–14 business days).

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number(s) once your order has officially shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours of dispatch, allowing you to follow your clothes, outerwear, or footwear directly to your doorstep.

6. Damages and Issues

JS Dropshipping LLC is liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged or if it is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately so we can handle 100% of the replacement costs for you.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as we may require photographs to process your replacement.
